We build places that endure—physically, financially, and socially. Role Overview We are seeking a driven and personable Entry Level Sales Representative to join our Mumbai office at Nariman Point. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to launch their career in luxury real estate development sales with a company that operates at a global scale. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration at our Nariman Point, Mumbai sales office with the flexibility to work remotely. The primary focus of this position is supporting the sales cycle for Araaya Alibaug—India’s first Maritime Integrated Hillside Villa Estate, a flagship Tricone development located at Mandala, Alibaug, Maharashtra. Araaya is a 235-acre private estate offering 198 planned hillside villas with 365-day private yacht access, sea-to-sky topography spanning 0 to 800 feet of elevation, and hospitality curated in the form of 3 resorts and 4 club houses. It is a category-defining ultra-luxury development targeting India’s UHNI segment, with plot prices starting at around ₹2.2 Cr. In addition to Araaya, the role may from time to time require support across Tricone’s broader portfolio, including residential real estate developments in the United States. The successful candidate will be expected to represent multiple product types with equal professionalism and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Araaya Alibaug – Primary Focus
- Drive outbound outreach to qualified UHNI and HNI leads for Araaya plot sales, including targeted prospecting within Mumbai’s financial, entrepreneurial, and professional communities.
- Support the full Araaya sales cycle: initial outreach, site experience coordination, investor presentations, negotiation, and plot closure.
- Coordinate with the Araaya team to arrange and accompany prospective buyers on site visits, yacht experiences, and estate walkthroughs.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Tricone’s development project details, both for current and past developments, to support and facilitate the credibility and legitamcy of the Tricone brand when speaking to sales prospects
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, referral partners, family offices, and wealth managers relevant to the Araaya buyer profile.
- Track all lead interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress using CRM tools; report regularly to senior sales leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales activity targets, lead conversion benchmarks, and revenue goals set for the Araaya project. Broader Portfolio – As Required
- Support sales and client servicing activities for Tricone’s residential developments in the United States, as directed by sales leadership.
- Develop a working familiarity with Tricone’s US single-family and luxury residential offerings to competently engage prospective buyers and investors.
- Assist with cross-market investor inquiries, particularly from NRI or internationally-oriented buyers with interest across Tricone’s India and US portfolios. Qualifications
- 0–2 years of sales or client-facing experience; luxury real estate, financial services, wealth management, or hospitality industries are a solid advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Highly coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a performance-driven team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and follow up consistently across long, relationship-driven sales cycles.
- Genuine interest in real estate development, architecture, luxury lifestyle, or investment is a strong advantage.
- Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and an outcomes-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Hindi or Marathi is an additional asset. What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential (₹4,50,000–5,50,000 CTC, with OTE of ₹7,00,000–8,50,000 in year one).
