Quality Engineer (Alibag)

Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, workmanship, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience and a robust eye for detail, especially in premium residential projects. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement quality control procedures at construction sites
- Conduct material inspections and testing as per project specifications
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, standards, and client requirements
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards
- Identify defects/non-conformities and ensure corrective actions
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and checklists
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to maintain quality
- Ensure finishing quality meets luxury-grade standards
- Support in client inspections and handover processes Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and processes
- Understanding of RCC, finishing work, and luxury interiors
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle site coordination and vendor management
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of IS codes and quality norms Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years in construction quality (preferably residential projects)
- Experience in high-end villas / luxury projects will be an added advantage Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skillset)
