Job Summary

The Bar Captain is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage service, maintaining staff discipline, and delivering excellent guest experiences. This role involves supervising bartenders and bar staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of bartenders and bar staff Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of beverages Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and place orders when necessary Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff performance Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to alcohol service Assist in menu planning, drink specials, and promotions Maintain records of sales, wastage, and inventory

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
