YOUR ROLE As a Scrum Coordinator at Aptiv, you will enable multiple agile teams to deliver effectively by actively coaching Agile and Scrum practices . This role goes beyond facilitation and focuses on continuous improvement, dependency management, and enterprise‑level agility . Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption beyond ceremonies
- Facilitate sprint, program, and cross‑team agile ceremonies as required
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams
- Drive measurable improvements in delivery predictability and team effectiveness
- Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello to support planning, tracking, and transparency YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or IT preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery roles
- Hands‑on experience coaching teams in Scrum, XP, or scaled Agile environments
- Experience working with multiple teams or program‑level Agile delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, backlog management, and continuous improvement practices WHY JOIN US?
