YOUR ROLE As a Project Manager at Aptiv, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex automotive engineering projects . You will be accountable for cost, quality, timelines, risks, and customer communication , working across engineering, quality, finance, and customer teams. Key Responsibilities
- Own full project lifecycle delivery aligned to automotive product development processes (PDP)
- Manage project financials including budget planning, cost tracking, and delivery commitments
- Lead project risk management, mitigation planning, and escalation as required
- Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment
- Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing interfaces YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Software, or Systems)
- 8+ years of experience managing automotive or embedded engineering projects
- Proven experience with cost, schedule, and risk ownership for full programs (not task coordination)
- Strong understanding of automotive product development lifecycle and engineering deliverables
