- As part of the Data and Analytics team you will play a critical role in administrating Palantir's Foundry instance and developing in-house software platforms. As a Senior Associate, you will manage support processes, build data pipelines, and deliver quality features while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the deployment ecosystem and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Administer Palantir's Foundry instance and manage support processes
- Build and maintain data pipelines for operational excellence
- Develop in-house software platforms to refine support ticket assignments
- Create visualizations of financial data for internal stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and generate alerts for deviations
- Deliver exceptional features and enhancements to the platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve deployment ecosystems
- Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant technical/technology experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science preferred
- 4 years of experience in technical/technology roles
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps tools
- Understanding of SQL and distributed computing
- Experience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
- Proven communication and collaboration skills
