About RivetStaysRivetStays is a premium short- and mid-term rental operator delivering a hotel-like experience through professionally managed homes, strong guest experience standards, and operational excellence.We are building a serious direct booking channel alongside OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.Com.We move fast, operate lean, and heavily leverage AI and automation tools to scale efficiently.What This Role IsThis is not a traditional marketing role.This is a highly hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who lives and breathes AI tools every single day.We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in tools like:Claude CodeOpenAI Codex / ChatGPTAI agentsAI automationsPrompt-driven workflowsThe ideal person for this role already spends most of their working day inside AI tools building, testing, automating, iterating, and shipping rapid.You will operate as a one-person growth and marketing engine using AI as your force multiplier.You will own the full direct booking growth system: Acquisition → Website → Conversion → Lifecycle → RetentionYour core objective is simple:Grow profitable direct bookings.What You’ll DoGrow direct booking revenueBuild and optimize landing pages and booking funnelsManage paid ads (Google, Meta, retargeting)Improve SEO and organic trafficBuild lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS)Create automated marketing systems using AI toolsContinuously test and improve conversion ratesYou’ll also help build and improve our direct booking website using:Next.JsVercelAI-assisted coding workflowsYou do not need to be a senior engineer, but you must be technical enough to direct AI tools, troubleshoot issues, and ship work independently.What We’re Looking For2+ years in performance marketing, growth, or related rolesStrong with paid ads and CROComfortable working independentlyHeavy daily user of Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar AI toolsStrong understanding of AI-assisted workflows and automationsTechnical enough to build and iterate quickly using AI coding toolsFast executor with strong problem-solving skillsThis role is best suited for someone who already uses AI agents constantly in their daily workflow and sees AI as their primary operating system for work.Hospitality/travel experience is a plus.How You’ll Be MeasuredDirect booking revenueConversion rateCAC / MER efficiencyOrganic traffic growthRepeat bookingsHow to ApplySubmit your resume here: Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lair1
