ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a GTM Engineer who builds revenue systems — not just runs campaigns. You design, automate, and maintain the full pipeline from signal detection to signed deal, working across data engineering, outreach infrastructure, AI workflow automation, and client enablement. You sit at the intersection of sales intelligence, agentic AI, and product GTM — owning the technical systems that make go-to-market execution fast, personalized, and scalable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▸ 1. Lead Data sourcing, engineering & Enrichment Build and maintain lead databases from web scraping (Python, Playwright, BeautifulSoup), directory sources, and data exports at 1,000–10,000 contact scale. Design waterfall enrichment pipelines across multiple providers — Apollo → Clearbit → Hunter → Clay AI — paying only for verified hits, never wasting credits on duplicates. Normalize, deduplicate, and validate contact records across CSV, XLSX, and API data sources using Python and data-cleaning scripts. Enrich firmographic and technographic signals (websites, LinkedIn URLs, employee count, tech stack) for downstream ICP qualification and scoring. ▸ 2. ICP Architecture & Signal-Based Prospecting ★ Define and maintain ICPs and buyer personas across multiple verticals (accounting, real estate, finance, healthtech), mapped to Sales Navigator filters, Clay logic, and Apollo sequences. Build signal-based prospecting workflows that monitor hiring signals, funding announcements, technographic changes, and intent data — triggering automated outreach when buying windows open. Tools: Trigify, Bombora, BuiltWith, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Jobs API Set up and maintain LinkedIn Sales Navigator saved searches with persona-specific filters by function, seniority, location, and company size. Qualify and score leads using AI-assisted logic in Clay, with conditional routing to different outreach tracks based on ICP tier, vertical, and engagement signal. ▸ 3. Multi-Channel Outreach System Design Architect full outbound sequences across LinkedIn (HeyReach) and cold email (Instantly, Smartlead) with proper deliverability setup — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warm-up, and sending limits. Write and prompt-engineer personalized outreach at scale — using AI to generate context-specific first lines from prospect signals, not static copy-paste templates. Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns: audience targeting, copy A/B testing, performance analysis, and budget optimization across verticals and ICPs. Build automated reply-handling flows: classify responses (interested / objection / OOO / bounce), route to AE calendar or nurture track, and sync all outcomes back to CRM. ▸ 4. Agentic AI Workflow Design ★ Integrate Claude, GPT-4, and custom AI models into GTM workflows for research, personalization, objection interpretation, and signal scoring — using MCP servers, APIs, and prompt frameworks. Current in 2026: Claude MCP connectors, Claygent autonomous research agent Build and maintain AI-powered connectors between CRMs, financial platforms (QuickBooks, Xero), productivity tools (Notion, Google Drive), and outreach systems. Design agentic pipelines where lead research → enrichment → scoring → personalized copy → sequence enrollment runs without human initiation, within defined guardrails. Create and maintain prompt libraries and reusable GTM workflow templates across ICP segments, campaign types, and product verticals. ▸ 5. Product Demo Engineering & AI Enablement Build demo data packs and realistic synthetic datasets to showcase product capabilities across verticals (accounting, real estate, healthcare) — 100+ internally consistent files across multiple client personas. Consult clients and internal teams on AI use cases, tool adoption, and workflow automation — delivering structured enablement sessions with live demonstrations. Create GTM content assets: LinkedIn carousels, webinar materials, campaign briefs, and course curriculum materials with brand-consistent design (Canva).
