Purchase head/ Material Store manager For leather bag …, Bantala

Role & responsibilities 1. Work as Purchase executive and material store in charge 2. Make Bill of Materials (BOM) and purchase order release to vendors in a timely manner 3. Overseeing and supervision of material store 4. Store and inventory control using ICS software 5. Having contacts to arrange- lining, fittings, Zipper, reinforcement etc for leather bags and wallets export production 6. Vendor management and price negotiations with supplier 7. Daily stock reports to be submitted to management using ICS 8. Inspect and test all incoming materials- QC control 9. Co-ordinate with sample department for any requirements 10. Supplier visit for procuring required materials 11. Ability to source from other parts of India and China is an added advantage Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Purchase executive & Store in-charge in export house in leather/ fashion accessories production
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and experience in using MS office tools- Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ICS software -Pro active individual with hunger to learn and discipline to succeed
