We are looking for a energetic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Channel Partner firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and managing leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain project details and property information to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups
- Schedule site visits and client meetings
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
