GM - Sales & Marketing (Cuttack)

1. Anticipate sales and expenses goals monthly and annually and prepare departmental operating budget. 2. Train and close monitoring of DSMs/DSEs Sales process on Daily basis and report to the Management/Tata Motors. 3. Support DSMs/DSEs, to set realistic and aggressive monthly targets and support deal closure and approval. 4. Monitor departmental customer satisfaction ratings and ensure potential buyer follow up to develop, execute and supervise sales control system. 5. Recommend color, model and equipment based inventory needs. 6. Direct staffing, performance evaluation and training for effective functioning of sales programs. 7. Review and monitor customer preference and operational records to focus Automobile sales efforts. 8. Arranging and Monitoring Sales Exhibitions/Sales Mela etc. 9. Handle retail related concerns and coordinate with salespeople to close vehicle purchase deals. 10. Hold scheduled sales training and meetings to plan and implement Automobile sales objectives. 11. Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. 12. Participating in Monthly review meeting. SKILLS: Leadership Qualities, Team Building, Team Handling, Meeting Sales Goals, Target Oriented, Financial Skills, Telephone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:- BA/B.Com/B. Sc (PCM) or B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical with 15-20 Years experience in commercial Automobile Sector (SCV or ILCV or M&HCV; or Trucks) Pay: ₹50,000.00
