Sales Executive (Cuttack)

Job Summary We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and sales-driven Sales Executive for our gold & diamond jewellery showroom. The candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, achieve sales targets, maintain showroom standards, and deliver an excellent shopping experience. Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales is preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs
- Explain product details such as diamond quality, purity, weight, pricing, and certifications
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment coordination
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display standards, and visual merchandising
- Keep updated with latest jewellery trends and new collections
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and festive collections Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or showroom sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery trends preferred
- Presentable personality with professional grooming
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge preferred Required Skills
