Role Overview: Lagom Sustainable Living (LSL) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our business growth in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our customer base, specifically focusing on our innovative Caravan Co-Owner Memberships and full ownership sales.

We are looking for a result-oriented skilled who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is passionate about closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with prospective clients for both co-ownership and full-ownership caravan models.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month. Performance Incentives: Highly attractive incentive structure ranging from ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, rewarding top performers who hit and exceed their KPIs. How to Apply:
