Description
1. Patient Registration & Appointment Handling
- Register patients accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage doctor appointments
- Maintain OPD appointment registers and queues 2. Front Desk Operations
- Handle patient inquiries and guide them to appropriate departments
- Ensure smooth coordination at the reception/OPD counter
- Manage token system and patient flow efficiently 3. Patient Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and diagnostic departments
- Inform patients about waiting time, procedures, and requirements
- Assist patients with reports and follow-up visits 5. Patient Service & Communication
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with patients and attendants
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when required
- Ensure high level of patient satisfaction 7. Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict patient data confidentiality
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH guidelines Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with healthcare/hospital administration background) Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital front office / OPD operations Key Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and HIS handling
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle high patient flow Pay: ₹13,000.00
