Project Manager(Building construction) (Cuttack)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing government building construction projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with government regulations, safety standards, quality expectations. Work Experience Required: Must have 5–10 years of experience in Government building construction project management. He must have experience handling Government/public infrastructure projects & Experience with public procurement and government compliance procedures. Required skill:
- Have worked Govt. Building Works
- Quarter, Admin building , Hostel, etc
- Worked PWD/CPWD /NBCC/ RAILWAY/STATE/MES/NPCC etc Projects .
- FULL End to-end management of Project Site.
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Salary: 30,000-70,000/ month Pay: ₹30,000.00
