AGM Projects (Building construction) (Cuttack)

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale government building construction projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and handover. Work Experience Requirements: Must have worked Govt. Tendering building projects min. 15 years. GOVERNMENT INFRA BUILDING WORKS experience MANDATORY- Schools, Stadium, Administrative Building, Govt. Quarters etc. Required Skills: 1. Department co-ordination; officer management dealing 2. Must have knowledge in Govt. Building based projects. 3. Prior experience in similar field -CPWD, NBCC, Orissa PWD, WAPCOS etc. 4. Should be able to handle spread across entire eastern part of India 5. Client billing & execution management of works of entire projects. 6. Local issue resolution Age Criteria: Age should be min. 37 years(max. 60 years) Other Skill:

· Leadership & controlling all site related affairs

· Software knowledge
· Labour team management
· Conflict resolution Salary- 50,000- 1,20,000/ month. Pay: ₹50,000.00
