Role Description As a Co-Founder at Confidential company, you will help shape the product, business strategy, and culture from the ground up. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cuttack, with flexibility for some work from home. Day to day, you will work closely with the founding team to define and refine the product roadmap, validate ideas with clinics, hospitals, doctors, and patients, and translate feedback into clear priorities. You will support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and financial planning, while building partnerships with healthcare providers, local ecosystems, and strategic allies. You will also contribute to hiring and mentoring early team members, establishing scalable processes, and representing Confidential company at events, customer meetings, and community engagements.
