B.A Freshers For Accounts Supervisor (Cuttack)

The Accounts Supervisor will oversee daily accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Daily Transactions:** Maintain records of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping to help keep financial statements current.

- **Assist with Financial Reporting:** Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

- **Reconcile Accounts:** Regularly check and reconcile bank statements with accounting records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

- **Supervise Junior Staff:** Provide guidance and oversight to junior accounting staff to ensure their tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- **Maintain Accounting Software:** Ensure that the accounting software is updated with the latest transactions and assist in its troubleshooting as needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce () or Arts () with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
