Business Development Manager Department: Business Development Location: (Bhubaneswar) Job Summary: The Business Development Manager focuses on expanding the company’s market presence by building strategic partnerships, identifying recent revenue streams, and scaling operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities (B2B, government tenders, partnerships)
- Develop tie-ups with hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers
- Build partnerships with corporates for employee emergency services
- Explore contracts with event organizers, travel companies, and NGOs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Drive long-term growth strategies and expansion plans Required Skills:
- Strategic thinking and market analysis
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- Negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in business development (healthcare preferred). Pay: ₹15,000.00
