At Maitree Auto Care (the authorized Bajaj dealership and service center in Rahama, Odisha), an Automobile Sales Executive drives sales of two-wheelers, electric vehicles, and related services. Their primary goal is to guide customers through the buying journey and ensure high dealership revenue. Core Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation & Sales: Welcome showroom walk-ins, assess their riding needs and budget, and recommend appropriate models (such as Pulsar, Platina, or Chetak Electric).
- Test Drives & Demonstrations: Guide customers through vehicle operations, explain technical features, warranties, and accompany them on test drives to build purchase confidence.
- Documentation & Financing: Assist buyers with sales contracts, registration papers, vehicle histories, and financing or loan agreements.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the dealership team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Maintain a database of prospective buyers, make outbound calls, and send correspondence to follow up on inquiries.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell genuine spare parts, extended warranties, and service maintenance plans to maximize dealership profitability.
- Vehicle Delivery: Ensure sold vehicles are clean, prepped, and properly handed over while explaining basic maintenance and scheduling the first service appointment. Essential Skills
- Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of Bajaj vehicle lineups, competitor comparisons, and EV technology.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and provide excellent customer service.
