Logistics Supervisor Grain Loading & Unloading Cuttack

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising inward and outward movement of grains, ensuring smooth loading/unloading operations, manpower coordination, material accountability, and vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise unloading of grains from trucks.

· Monitor loading activities for dispatch materials.

· Ensure proper weighing and documentation of vehicles.

· Coordinate with stores, production, and transporters.

· Maintain FIFO practices for grain storage.

· Monitor labour deployment for loading/unloading activities.

· Ensure cleanliness and safety in unloading areas.

· Prevent material loss, shortage, and spillage.

· Maintain daily inward/outward records and reports.

· Ensure timely vehicle turnaround.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of grain handling and warehouse operations

· Vehicle coordination and dispatch management

· Basic inventory understanding

· Team handling and reporting skills

Qualification:

· Graduate / Diploma

Experience:

· 3–7 years in warehouse/logistics/grain handling operations

Preferred Industry:

· Ethanol Plant / Rice Mill / Agro Processing / Warehouse / FMCG / Feed Industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
