We are looking for a highly motivated and physically fit individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Helper in Induspect India Pvt Ltd, located in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks. Roles and Responsibility
- Assist engineers, supervisors, and technicians in daily plant operations across various chemical processing units.
- Support machine operators during production runs to ensure smooth operation.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Handle packaging, labeling, and stacking of chemical products according to standard procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned work areas to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision to minimize downtime. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Positive understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Willingness to report equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
