Key Responsibilities: Assist the HRBP in implementing HR initiatives and policies. Coordinate recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing job postings. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and exit interviews. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Provide first-level support to employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures. Help organize employee engagement programs and internal events. Support performance management and training coordination processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. Participate in HR projects and process improvements as needed.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Robust organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
