A Plant Manager ensures that all the sites in the area of responsibility operate safely, without harming people & environment, at required reliability/availability with minimum cost of ownership while ensuring statutory compliances. Form, lead, grow and develop the operations teams in the area. Drive continuous improvement of assets, work processes and people capabilities to maximize business profitability by driving cost reduction projects and Lean programs. Evaluate/calculate site profitability on monthly basis and through it improvement actions which will lead to better profitability.
