We are looking for a highly motivated and physically fit individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Helper in Induspect India Pvt Ltd, located in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.

Roles and Responsibility Assist engineers, supervisors, and technicians in daily plant operations across various chemical processing units.

Support machine operators during production runs to ensure smooth operation.

Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

Handle packaging, labeling, and stacking of chemical products according to standard procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned work areas to prevent accidents.

Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial workplace with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Positive understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Willingness to report equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
