Walk-in || Plant Operator (Dahej)

Role & responsibilities Plan and coordinate production schedule on daily basis to produce high quality products. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Provide support for production and maintenance activities to ensure highest level of output Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements Ensure the utilities (steam, water, electricity) are utilized judicially & not wasted. Take proper care of the plant and machinery and ensure that equipments are handled carefully. Plant In-charge is required to carry out other tasks / job / assignments incidental to or related to production as instructed by the Management of the Company from time to time Give suggestions to the higher authorities for the effective use of Manpower / Machinery / Utilities. Help Manage various plant utilities such as (steam, nitrogen, compressed process air, chilled water, cooling water, hot oil To train the working staff to be always present near the reactor so as to avoid unattended reactions.
