Finance Manager, Dahej

We are hiring for a Senior Manager– Finance&Accounts for our manufacturing plant located at Dahej. Experience: 10 Years + Qualification: CA / CA Inter Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Chemical / Process Industry Key Responsibilities:• Lead complete plant finance and accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards • Drive product costing, inventory accounting, margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives • Monitor plant cost controls and provide actionable financial insights tomanagement• Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, Export documentation, and SEZ/EOU requirements • Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits while ensuring strong internal controls and policy adherence • Oversee inventory management including RM, WIP, FG, spares accounting, stock audits, and reconciliation processes• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and material movement in ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle • Manage export finance activities including LC documentation, remittances, forex realization, and banking coordination • Prepare and present MIS reports for plant and corporate leadership tosupport operational decision-making• Lead and mentor finance, accounts, stores, and compliance teams while driving process improvements and operational efficiency Requirements: • CA / CA Inter with 10 years of relevant experience in plant finance or manufacturing finance • Strong exposure to costing, inventory accounting,financial controls, and plant commercial operations• Hands-on experience in GST, Customs, Taxation, Audit, and Export Finance • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and operational finance • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills •Experience in chemical, process, engineering, polymer, or manufacturing industries preferred• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a plant environment Interested candidates can share their updated profile or connect directly for more details.
