Job Description Job Purpose Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Planning All Safety E-Permits, Regular maintaining of Shift Logbook&Safety TBT Records, JSA etc., Proper planning of all shift activities related to regular refractory repair&maintenance, Materials planning for regular R&M jobs, Preparation of MIV etc., Planning as per site requirement etc. Employee Relation Proper co-ordination with department employees and operation&other support department employees, Clear communication among employees to maintain a positive relationship, proper teamwork etc. Budgetary Controls Savings on department's sanctioned P&B Budget without compromising job quality, Elimination of wastage of refractory materials in regular maintenance jobs etc. Compliances 100% compliance on Safety (BBSO, ENABLON, Safety Training etc.), PPE, Housekeeping, Ensuring Zero Accident, Taking Care of Environment&WCM Norms etc. Customer Centricity Regular interaction with internal customers and problem-solving as per site requirement, ensuring 100% equipment availability, Improvements, Engineering support to operation as and when required to achieve production target etc. Sustainability and Systems ImprovementComplete break-down/shutdown jobs within time schedule, Ensuring no pre-mature break-down due to refractories etc. Contract Labour Management Co-ordinate with all contract workers to carry repair&maintenance jobs with proper quality and following all safety norms. 5) Role Specific Competencies Technical Competencies Technical knowledge on Refractory Installation/Engineering, Technical knowledge on Refractory Qualities/Classifications. Behavioral Competencies Clear Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving etc.
