Desktop Engineer L2 Communication Average + Remote support Able to provide remote support to the HO team and other location users when its required OS-Windows 2010,2011, server, Linux, MAC OS-Windows 2010,2011 - engineer should have knowledge about how to install and troubleshoot OS after backup. (For server, Linux, MAC will take care by the HO team) Server - Patch management, AD, VMware,Cloud Understanding&basic installation of Server - Patch management, basic knowledge of AD will be advance. (VMware and Cloud not required) Network He should able to provide network console to HO office&should have knowledge about what is router&switch. should troubleshoot the Wi-Fi and Internet issues. Outlook / O365 Installation&traoubleshooting - basic knowledge Application support will teach them there software's but engineer should be self-motivated to learn new things. Desktop / Laptop Systems are in Warranty so he should know how to troubleshoot the issue at windows level.. no part replacement Experiance - L2 profile Minimum - 3-4 years of hands on experiance.
