Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive with strong exposure to overall administrative management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing colony administration, canteen operations, transportation services, vendor coordination, facility management, and employee support services. The role requires excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office and plant facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utility services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of services.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control operational costs. Colony Management
- Manage company residential colony/accommodation facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, landscaping, and utility services within the colony.
- Address employee accommodation-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with external agencies and local authorities as required. Canteen Management
- Supervise canteen operations to ensure quality, hygiene, and timely food services.
- Coordinate with canteen contractors/vendors and monitor service standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections and obtain employee feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Transportation Management
- Manage employee transportation and vehicle deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for buses, staff vehicles, and logistics support.
- Monitor transportation costs, vehicle maintenance, and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Administration with exposure to Colony Management, Canteen Management, and Transportation Management.
- Strong vendor management and facility administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Skills
