Crane Driver (Chikhli)

Job Title: Crane Driver / Crane OperatorCompany: SYNCHROTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. Location: Chikhali, Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Driver to operate cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment at fabrication yards and project sites. The candidate must have hands-on experience in industrial and construction environments. Key Responsibilities
- Operate mobile / hydra cranes for material handling and equipment erection
- Lift, move, and place heavy loads as per site requirements and load charts
- Conduct pre-operation inspections (brakes, cables, hooks, safety systems)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lifting procedures
- Coordinate with riggers, supervisors, and site engineers during lifting operations
- Maintain daily logbooks and report equipment issues
- Follow proper signaling instructions and lifting plans Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid Crane Operator License (mandatory)
- Experience in fabrication yard / heavy engineering / EPC projects preferred
- Knowledge of load capacity, rigging practices, and safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions Preferred Skills
- Experience in / Hydra / Mobile crane operation
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance
- Ability to read lifting diagrams and signals
- Strong attention to safety and precision Salary & Advantages
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
