Description
- Inventory management: managing the stock levels of the warehouse, replenishing items out of stock, and strategizing stock control.
- Vendor management: managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Reporting: preparing reports on stock levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff and dispatch of goods
- Monitor the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process
- Ensure compliance with transport laws and regulations
- Train and supervise dispatch staff and drivers
- Maintain records of dispatches, routes, and vehicles
- Implement and oversee safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on dispatch and delivery timings
- Review and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations
- Manage and maintain the dispatch budget and monitor expenditure
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained and serviced
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or queries related to dispatch
- Generate invoices/eway bills and any other documentation per se
- Manage stock in software
- Purchase/ sales bills to recorded Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹22,000.00
