Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual training calendar aligned with business goals Conduct training need analysis (TNA) across departments Deliver engaging training sessions on: Customer service excellence Upselling cross-selling techniques Grooming communication skills Brand standards and SOPsDrive onboarding and induction programs for new employees Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback Lead quality audits across departments to ensure adherence to brand standards Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with HODs to enhance guest satisfaction scoresMaintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation Promote a strong learning culture within the organization This job is provided by Shine.com
