Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead / Manager – Property Accounting to lead and scale a high-performing offshore accounting team supporting USbased real estate clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, people leadership, and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end property accounting operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, drive process excellence, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and the offshore team.
