Accounting & Financial Management Handle end-to-end accounting for multiple business entities/locations Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and reconciliations Prepare MIS reports, P&L; statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts Manage budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial planning Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and vendors

Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements Handle tax filings, assessments, and financial documentation Maintain proper records for audits and regulatory inspections

Multi-Business Coordination Supervise accounting activities across different businesses/branches Standardize accounting processes and reporting systems Monitor operational and financial performance of all business units

Team Management Lead and manage the accounts team on daily operations Allocate work, review performance, and ensure timely task completion Train and guide junior accountants and finance staff Maintain coordination with HR, operations, and management teams

Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting Experience handling multiple business accounts/entities Team handling and leadership skills Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Positive communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred) CA Inter / MBA Finance will be an added advantage 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Prior experience in managing teams and multiple business operations preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹45,000.00 per month
