Description
responsible for overall tool room operations, including mould and tool maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management. The role focuses on implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize breakdowns and improve equipment reliability. Responsible for leading teams, manpower planning, and driving productivity, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
Ensures cost control, budget management, and effective spare parts and inventory planning. Coordinates with production, quality, and vendors to support current tool development and smooth plant operations. Also accountable for safety compliance, audits, SOP implementation, and MIS/KPI reporting.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
