Responsibilities Front Desk Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival. Telephone Duties: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, as well as taking messages. Communications: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence. Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and updating records. Scheduling & Scheduling: Booking meeting rooms and managing appointment calendars. Office Security: Maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and following security procedures. Key Requirements & Skills Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, phone systems). Professionalism: A qualified attitude, appearance, and demeanor. Multitasking: Robust organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
