Area Store Manager (Patparganj)

We are hiring an Area Store Manager for our apparel retail business who will be responsible for managing operations and performance of multiple stores in an assigned territory/area. The candidate should have strong experience in store operations, team management, sales target achievement, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned area
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and drive store profitability
- Track and improve retail KPIs like footfall, conversion, UPT, ATV, and sales per sq. ft.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audit compliance, and store discipline
- Manage and develop Store Managers and store staff through regular training and coaching
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor stock management, replenishment, stock transfers, and shrinkage control
- Ensure proper visual merchandising implementation as per brand guidelines
- Prepare and submit regular store performance reports to management Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail operations
- Must have experience in handling multiple stores (Area/Cluster role)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valuable knowledge of retail operations, sales planning, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel across stores in assigned area Pay: ₹30,000.00
