About the Role Joysfit is a foam and mattress brand being built from scratch – and this is a role for someone who doesn't need to be told what to do next. If AI tools are already a part of daily life, if social media feels like second nature, and if there's a genuine itch to create things that actually look good and perform well — this is that opportunity. What This Role Looks Like This is not a single-function job. On any given day, it could mean generating an AI video for a product launch, designing a poster for a campaign, editing photos for an Amazon listing, managing what goes up on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, or figuring out a smarter way to get the brand noticed with a small budget. The work is varied, the pace is fast, and the creative freedom is real. What Should Already Be in the Toolkit AI video generation — Runway, Pika, InVideo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar tools. Video editing at a basic to intermediate level. Graphic and photo editing for commercial use. A working understanding of how social media actually grows — not just posting, but strategy. Some awareness of digital marketing — SEO, Google Business, Meta Ads, lead generation. Valuable English for copy, captions, and creatives. The Ideal Fit Someone who follows AI developments out of genuine curiosity. Someone who, when they spot a gap or a better way to do something, says it out loud. Someone who has a network — a video editor, a marketing contact, a developer — and isn't shy about using it to get better results. Someone who can walk in and make things happen without waiting for a detailed brief every time. Good to Have Prior experience with a D2C or product brand. Familiarity with Amazon listing creatives or packaging. Any exposure to paid campaigns, WhatsApp Business, or basic CRM tools. The Opportunity Direct access to the founder.
