Attending daily Morning / DWM/Dept. meeting. Prepare and achieve daily/weekly/monthly WorkCentre wise production and dispatch plan with the help of marketing and production. To achieve optimum utilization of resources like men, material and machines. Prepare raw materials requirement based on daily monthly production / dispatch plan.Raise raw material, hardware, and accessories purchase indents on timely manner. p1- before 10th and p2– before 20th of previous month. Ensure Raw material availability for production by taking daily follow up with purchase and weekly meeting. Minutes of meetings are to be circulated to top management for any deviations in plan vs actual qty.Issue required raw material, job cards, drawings to achieve production target and priority. Review project drawings and its status with engineering team. Monitor production and dispatch progress on daily basis and ensure that it is in line with plan. Take follow-up for delivery instructions from marketing for ready material .Ensure that DI are available for dispatch in advance.Prepare daily Dispatch Plan for ready FG material and take follow-up . Communicate Vehicle requirement to purchase dept. for dispatch /loading and ensure that daily dispatches are done as per dispatch plan and priority of customers. Monitor&review dept. progress on daily basis.
