Position: Duck Creek Project Manager Work Location: Remote Total Experience Required: 12+ years Relevant Experience: 6+ years in Duck Creek Notice Period: Immediate Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (includes on-call/weekend support as needed) Interview Process: 2 Levels Mandatory Skills: Duck Creek, Project/Delivery ManagementAbout the Role As a Duck Creek Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of conversion and support projects. This role requires a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property&Casualty insurance space. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Duck Creek implementation or upgrade projects (Billing, Policy, Claims). - Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with stakeholders. - Develop project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets. - Lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage project risks. - Monitor KPIs and provide regular status reports to executive sponsors.
