We’re looking for a Community Manager who can build, engage, and grow a thriving AI-first creator community.Role Overview As a Community Manager at Vadoo AI, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our user and creator community across platforms. You’ll engage with users, drive conversations around AI content creation, and help shape the voice of Vadoo AI. Key Responsibilities Build and manage communities across platforms (Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)Engage with users, creators, and early adopters to foster strong relationships Moderate discussions and maintain a positive community environment Create and manage content for community channels (posts, updates, announcements) Drive engagement through campaigns, challenges, and interactive initiativesGather user feedback and insights to support product improvements Collaborate with marketing and product teams on launches and campaigns Stay updated on AI trends, creator economy, and community growth tactics Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field0–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles Strong communication and writing skills in English Interest in AI, content creation, and digital communities Familiarity with platforms like Discord, Slack, Telegram, or similar Ability to manage user queries and feedback professionallyNice to Have Experience with AI tools or AI-focused communities Background in content creation or social media growth Understanding of engagement metrics and analytics Experience hosting community events, AMAs, or webinars Why Join Us Work at the forefront of AI and content creation Opportunity to build and scale a global community from early stagesFast-paced startup environment with high ownership Direct impact on product growth and user engagement
