Shift Incharge (Bahadarabad)

Job Summary The Shift Incharge is responsible for managing daily operations during assigned shifts, supervising staff, maintaining productivity, ensuring safety standards, and resolving operational issues in real time. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during the shift
- Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance when needed
- Handle customer queries or complaints (if applicable)
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure proper handover to the next shift
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Enforce workplace safety rules and procedures
- Address any emergencies or unexpected issues promptly Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or relevant systems)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in the same industry preferred Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, depending on industry) Work Environment
- Rotational shifts (day/night)
- Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
