Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Associate Manager
- HB Acquisition to support business expansion activities in the Santhal Pargana region of Jharkhand. The role involves identifying potential customers, driving acquisition activities, building strong local relationships, and contributing to overall business growth. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and possess good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities Drive customer acquisition activities in the assigned territory. Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and local market mapping. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders. Conduct promotional and branding activities to increase market reach and visibility. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service support. Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets assigned by management. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports and share updates with reporting managers. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback for business improvement. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the acquisition process.

Eligibility Criteria Graduation in any discipline preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Acquisition, or related field activities. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in field operations. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an added advantage. Candidate should be open to travelling within the assigned area.
