Server Dhanbad

Greet customers politely and guide them to seating/order counter. Take customer orders accurately and serve food & beverages properly. Ensure customers receive quick and courteous service. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for timely order execution. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, trays, and service counters. Suggest additional items, combos, sweets, bakery products, and beverages to customers. Promote ongoing offers, festive products, and special menus. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Ensure proper grooming and neat uniform during duty hours. Ensure correct items are served as per order. Maintain proper communication between service and production team.

- ₹13,000.00 per month
