Project Engineer (Dhanbad)

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost optimization. The role requires robust technical understanding of solar systems along with effective team and site management skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety norms, and client specifications Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Handle site surveys, feasibility analysis, and technical problem-solving Liaise with DISCOMs, vendors, and clients for approvals and execution Monitor system performance and ensure proper commissioning and handover Required Skills: Strong technical acumen in solar PV systems (inverters, modules, BOS) Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and SLDs Project planning and execution skills Vendor and team management Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
