Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws. As a Finance executive lead, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, team management and providing strategic financial advice to our clients or internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Preparing and presenting financial statements, reports, and budgets to management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and taxation laws.
- Conducting audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing strategic financial advice to clients or internal stakeholders to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Keeping abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Requirements Specification: Qualification: CA Intermediate/CMA or ACCA Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance Location: Bank More, Dhanbad Qualification:
- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter / ACA) or Semi-Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA Inter / ACMA), or equivalent certification.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
- Prior experience working with a CA firm is mandatory. Candidates with article ship or post- qualification work experience at a Chartered Accountancy or Cost Accountancy firm will be given preference.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
