Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordination Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities across multiple remote sites. The role involves regular communication with site managers to track progress, ensure timely execution of tasks, implement necessary changes, and manage vendor relationships effectively, while reporting updates to company management.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with site managers across various locations to monitor construction progress. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to company managers. Highlight risks, delays, and critical issues to management with suggested solutions. Ensure instructions and strategic decisions from management are implemented at site level. Identify delays or issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams. Communicate updates, changes, and directives clearly to all stakeholders. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards with vendors. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all project activities. Conduct regular follow-ups and site reviews (virtual or in-person as required).

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in construction project coordination or management. Solid reporting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Willingness to travel when required.
