Titan Company Limited – World of Titan Position: Store Manager Brand: World of Titan Location: Open / As per requirement Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Retail Sales & Store Operations Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for World of Titan who can efficiently manage store operations, drive sales performance, handle customer relationships, and lead the store team effectively. The candidate should have strong retail operational knowledge along with data-oriented reporting and analytical skills to maintain overall store performance. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets of the store. Lead, motivate, and manage the store team for better productivity and customer service. Ensure excellent customer handling and maintain premium customer experience standards. Monitor daily store operations, billing, stock management, and visual merchandising. Maintain proper inventory control and minimize stock discrepancies. Prepare and analyze sales reports, conversion reports, KPI reports, and other store MIS data. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and attendance management of store staff. Coordinate with higher management regarding sales performance and operational updates. Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and compliance as per company guidelines. Required Skills Strong knowledge of retail sales and store operations. Good leadership and team handling capability. Excellent customer handling and communication skills. Knowledge of KPI, MIS reporting, Excel, and data-oriented retail terms. Ability to analyze sales trends and improve store productivity. Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in premium retail or lifestyle segment will be preferred. Qualification Graduation mandatory. Retail management background preferred. Experience in watch, lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail industry will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Positive attitude with leadership quality.
