Description
Key Responsibilities Business Development&Client Engagement Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the mining and MDO sector within the assigned region. Engage with clients (government and private), consultants, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships across mining states like Jharkhand, MP, and West Bengal.Tendering&Proposal Management Lead end-to-end tendering processes , including tender identification, bid strategy, document preparation, and submission. Prepare detailed project costing models , including mining equipment, manpower, fuel, O&M costs, and overheads. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, planning, legal, finance) to finalize proposals. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project discussions as needed. Equipment&Project Planning Recommend optimal fleet and equipment configuration for proposed mining projects. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical and commercial quotes. Maintain up-to-date database of tenders, market intelligence, and competitor activities. Contract&Negotiation Support Support negotiations, MoUs, and finalization of agreements post tender award.
